The aluminum-plastic plate has several plates with different thicknesses such as 3-4mm. Its structure is a high-steel aluminum plate with a thickness of 0.08-0.5mm on the surface and a high-strength polyethylene plate with a thickness of 2-3mm in the middle core. Its large width can reach 1.55 meters and its length can be set according to customer requirements. Because the bending strength of general metal materials depends entirely on the bending strength of the surface layer, the aluminum-plastic plate uses this characteristic and the physical properties of the I-beam to make its strength unchanged, but the material weight is reduced, which can greatly reduce the load of the building structure and increase its safety.
The surface coating method of aluminum-plastic plate is to adopt the current P.V.D.F or KYNAR-500 fluorocarbon resin coating or single-sided anodic treatment, which is completely manufactured in accordance with the standard operation procedures of E.C.C.A,N.C.C.A and A.A.A.M.A. Due to the advanced precision reverse roller printing technology coating, it is different from the general painting method, so the surface coating thickness and gloss color difference are uniform and can be effectively controlled. So the flatness of the board is good.
